食材:
橙子皮4个、糖160g、清水适量、盐3g、细砂糖适量

挑选橙子可用纸巾擦拭表面,没有明显掉色即无染色。这里我用了冰糖,可以用等量的白砂糖替换

用刀小心的去除白膜,去的越多苦味越小

放入冷水里,煮开

煮开捞出用冷水冲洗(重复7-8步骤最少3次)

完全煮过三次以上后,重新加入水和冰糖

水滚开后加入盐

煮25-30分钟后捞出,自然风干。北方有暖气的室内我用半天差不多干了。南方的小伙伴可以用吹风机试试看
