食材:
鸡胸肉500克、黑胡椒酱100克、盐适量、油适量、酱油适量、辣椒1个、沙姜2片
步骤1:
鸡胸肉解冻,洗干净;PS:我买的是速冻,所以需要解冻,新鲜鸡胸肉不需要解冻,洗干净即可;

步骤2:
切薄片,加盐、油、酱油,搅拌均匀;腌制三分钟;

倒入腌制好的鸡胸肉,大火爆炒;

白色,翻转另外一面,加入沙姜,吃辣椒的加入辣椒;继续爆炒;

吃的比较咸的可以在适量的加盐,收汁即可。PS:腌肉的时候放了盐和酱油,黑胡椒酱也有咸味,所以放盐要少放。
