步骤2:
紫薯入锅大火蒸熟,尽量蒸软一些。

蒸好的紫薯趁热捣成细茸。我用了搅拌沙拉的叉状勺子,连挫带捣,倒也极快。

然后再启动发酵面团程序发酵(约1小时20分钟)。

步骤9:
蒸锅里加足够的水,铺好蒸笼布。面团分成小团,揉捏成自己喜爱的形状,或直接滚圆。塑好型的小面团均匀放在蒸锅里。

步骤10:
盖上锅盖,静置20分钟,然后直接开火,猛火蒸28分钟关火。

关火后等5分钟再揭开锅盖,吃馒头喽!
