食材:
花胶130克、鸽子半只、盐0.5茶匙、黄芪10克、红枣5颗、姜1片、枸杞6克、沙参15克、玉竹8克、党参15克
步骤1:
准备好所需食材(鸽子可选用老鸽,煲汤比较有味,花胶事先泡发)

鸽子肉洗净后切大块

把党参、沙参折成小段,与鸽子肉、红枣、黄芪等一同入锅

泡发好的花胶与姜片也放入锅中

加入足量清水(注:我选用的是迷你型砂锅,煲出来的汤大概是两人的份量,即普通的饭碗3碗多点的量,如家中人多,需添加食材,并更换大锅才行哦)

盖好盖子,大火煲开后,转小火煲1小时即可
