青辣椒,蒜苗一把、油一勺、盐一撮、豆瓣酱一勺、米饭、红薯粉

红薯粉倒入清水之后用筷子搅拌放置一旁静置半小时,再将水慢慢的倒出去,切记动作要温柔哦!不然将沉底的红薯粉也倒走了哦!

然后把米饭倒入红薯粉碗里,戴上一次性手套把两者融在一起加入少量的盐

搓在椭圆形上锅蒸熟,要蒸40分钟后取出来放冷

放冷后切成片,煎着,炒着吃都可以,随自己喜好

我是炒煎着吃的,因本人是喜欢吃辣,就放了辣椒和蒜苗

锅烧热倒入适量的油,再将红薯粉饭团倒入锅里煎成金黄色后放入辣椒和蒜苗进行翻炒出锅即可!
