食材:
整鸡一只、榛蘑适量、枸杞一小袋、红枣5个、桃胶10g、葱段、姜片适量、蒜3瓣、料酒两勺、白胡椒粉适量、糖一勺、盐适量、海鲜酱油适量、生抽2勺、老抽2勺、八角、桂皮适量、干辣椒一小个
步骤1:
准备食材,鸡解冻,洗净剁开,焯去血沫,再用温水洗净待用;榛蘑事先泡一小时,洗净待用;葱姜蒜枸杞桃胶八角桂皮白胡椒粉,料酒酱油生抽老抽糖盐一并备好;

步骤2:
锅内放油,油热依次下葱段,蒜瓣,姜片,桂皮,八角,辣椒,煸炒出香味;

把鸡块都倒入锅内,翻炒;

放入料酒,酱油,生抽后继续翻炒;

最后放两铲老抽,翻炒,使鸡肉上色;

加水,没过鸡肉,大火煮开;

水开后关火,用漏勺将鸡块捞出到阿迪锅或者压力锅内,最后将熬好的汤全部倒入阿迪锅,放入榛蘑、枸杞、桃胶、一勺糖三勺盐;

步骤8:
所有辅料调料都放好后,压力锅20-25分钟即可熟透,我每次都为了鸡肉更烂更入味,选择25分钟;
