步骤1:
根据个人口味准备食材,本次拍摄使用的冬菇是干冬菇泡发的,味道据说会更香浓哦;

步骤2:
干冬菇泡发2小时,洗净去菌柄,鸡蛋取蛋清,葱白切末,肉剁碎,加入蛋清、葱白、料酒、胡椒粉、鸡精、蚝油、干淀粉顺同一方向反复搅拌多次,更有弹性;

步骤3:
咸鸭蛋取蛋黄,切小粒备用;

依次把拌好的肉酿在冬菇上面,轻轻压实,再放上一小粒咸蛋黄装饰,放入蒸锅中蒸15分钟;

热油锅调制秘制酱汁,蚝油和干淀粉根据个人口味调制,蒸锅出锅,淋上秘制酱汁;
