食材:
湿圆面条2人份、小葱5根、酱油1勺、蚝油1勺、生抽1勺、盐2小勺、糖1勺、芝麻酱4勺、榨菜适量
步骤1:
锅中烧水,面条煮至半熟,大概在锅里费腾两次就行了
捞出沥水,撒着食用油,平时炒菜的量就行了,用筷子抖一抖防粘,另外给面条扇扇风,让它降温快点,然后摊在笼屉上,开始做葱油

炸葱油只要葱叶部分,葱白部分切成葱花,拌面备用

锅中烧油,平时炒菜的量,六七成热下葱叶,小火炸至葱叶变干(会变黑)关火

调料汁,把酱油生抽蚝油盐糖放入葱油中,趁着油温融化盐和糖,加30ml热水,如果不能化开就开小火化开
