食材:
五花肉300g、油豆腐300g、葱少许、姜少许、八角一朵、生抽30ml尝咸淡定、老抽50ml尝咸淡定、蚝油适量、冰糖10g、热水、料酒少许
步骤1:
五花肉切块焯水洗去漂浮物(油豆腐洗净后用筷子戳洞挤出水份以便入味)

步骤2:
洗干净肉肉后加姜片八角加热水大约1500ml,中火煮七八分钟后加入料酒生抽老抽冰糖继续中小火炖

步骤3:
炖30分钟左右后加入油豆腐,加蚝油,再加200ml左右热水继续煮

大约十几分钟后汤汁渗入油豆腐内,收汁即可出锅。
