龙利鱼1块、姜片2片、盐2克、白胡椒1小勺约5克、西红柿1个、米线一小把、葱少许、番茄酱适量、青菜少许
步骤1:
龙利鱼解冻洗净切上图大小的块儿放姜丝白胡椒粉腌制至少15分钟

西红柿用热水烫后拔皮切碎备用

锅中烧热水滚开后将龙利鱼煮至八分熟

米线(干的)冷水下锅煮至滚开关火再闷5分钟(盖上锅盖儿)后捞出过凉水备用

热油葱花下西红柿翻炒至成泥状再放入一勺番茄酱继续翻炒

加水一碗滚开后放入八分熟的龙利鱼煮2、3分钟
