食材:
泰国香米145g左右、自制肉松20g、小香肠3个、鸡蛋1个、红心火龙果汁12g、盐一小撮、胡椒粉一小勺、原味榨菜10-15g、心形模具1个、保鲜膜两张、凉开水一碗
