面团膨胀至2倍大,倒出,在案板上揉均匀

取一个面胚,擀薄,直接用掌心按扁就可以了,做包子,不用压的太薄

包入豆沙馅,收口搓圆

蒸锅里倒入适量水,放上蒸架、在蒸笼里铺一层纱布或是涂抹一点食用油,玉米皮、粽叶都行,主要是防黏的,将做好的包子整齐码好,包子之间留一点缝隙,因为包子在蒸锅中还会膨胀

遮上锅盖,小火蒸10分钟后,再调成大火蒸15分钟即可,蒸好后不用焖,直接取出可以食用,一点也没有回缩
