把蟹钳剪下来-***后面的脐剪掉-用刷子刷干净(蟹爪也要刷呀)

把壳从侧面扒开-把蟹腮、嘴都去掉-刷干净后如图

切四瓣,中间一刀-一分两半后再分别各切一半

找个器皿,先放好淀粉加水拌匀(也可以加点面粉)这边没有加

油少的分开炸,少量多次初炸定型(变色基本就好了,注意要翻面哈)
