鲫鱼1条、豆腐一块、粉丝适量、料酒,葱姜蒜、干红辣椒,八角,胡椒、盐,鸡精
步骤1:
非洲鲫鱼切段,用料酒腌制10分钟左右即可

水开5分钟后,加粉丝,加大豆腐一起顿
