食材:
黄鳝适量、肉碎适量、香菇适量、干贝适量、姜3片、蒜1瓣、香菜适量、盐、油适量、沙茶酱、酱油少许、生粉、鸡精少许
步骤1:
香菇泡发切片、干贝泡水、姜切片、蒜切粒、黄鳝洗净、瘦肉剁碎加入生粉、鸡精、盐、油腌制!

步骤2:
把米和干贝先煲开、再一边把香菇炸香、再把黄鳝和姜、蒜、爆炒加入盐和沙茶酱、酱油(几滴就好)调味,备用!

等粥煲开后,加入肉碎、中大火把米煲开之后加入炒好的黄鳝、中火在煲5分钟、加入盐、香菜调料即可!
