锅内加油至八成热倒入泥鳅煎到两面焦黄加入辅料(注意:泥鳅是活的会乱窜,倒的时候一定要拿锅盖扣在锅上面留一条口倒,倒入之后马上盖盖子,到泥鳅烫死了再打开煎)
