食材:
鸡蛋4个、小鲍鱼3只、葱丝、红椒粒、盐、酱油、温水或高汤、料酒
步骤1:
材料;用的比较小的鸡蛋~

步骤2:
鸡蛋打散在碗里,加水(蛋液:水1:1.5),加适量盐和少许料酒搅拌均匀;

将蛋液过滤3次;

蒸碗包上保鲜膜,在上面用牙签叉几个洞,放入烧开的锅用中小火蒸五分钟左右;

步骤5:
处理鲍鱼:只需用开水一烫,肉和壳就分离了,下面一个肠包不要了,取下鲍鱼肉;

用牙刷把黑边圈刷洗干净,在上面划上一些十字刀;

等蛋液表面稍凝结,打开保鲜膜,摆上鲍鱼,再盖上保鲜膜蒸至熟;
