食材:
猪大排3块、姜少许、盐适量、料酒10ml、生抽3调羹、老抽1调羹、淀粉适量、糖3调羹、鸡蛋1个
步骤1:
猪大排洗干净切开成6块,用刀背拍松,加入料酒和姜片,腌20分钟左右,加入整颗鸡蛋。

步骤2:
一边热油锅,一边将大排放进淀粉中翻滚一下,铺满后就可以准备下锅啦

炸之前把姜片挑出来,由于是用燃气的玻璃灶台,所以炸的比较慢

炸至全部正反面都是金黄色就可以先出锅啦
