沥干水分,放入碗中

取小半碗煮好的牛肉汤,倒入2勺泡菜汤(我用的是泡菜火锅汤料)加入1勺香油、1勺鲜酱油,1/3勺鸡精调匀(如果想吃热的,可以加热一下)

煮熟的牛肉切片,京葱切丝,香菜切段,海苔切成小条

把煮好的溏心蛋切半个放在面上,其他的菜料也放在荞麦面上,可以夹些荞麦面蘸着泡菜汤吃,也可以直接将面汤倒入荞麦面中拌匀吃,很美味哦!
