食材:
精瘦肉150g、茭白1个、甜椒半个、黑木耳100g、大葱50g、淀粉10g、蚝油20g、盐5g
步骤1:
把精瘦肉切片放入碗中加入淀粉,少量水拌匀备用

将茭白切片,甜椒切成菱形,和木耳一起备用

将锅中加入少许油,油温5成热后将肉片下锅(锅一定要烧热到冒烟之后再下肉进去,这样不容易粘锅。)将肉片炒熟,捞起放入碗中备用

锅中加入少许油,放入切好的大葱圈,中火煸炒一下
