要想牛蒡丝更加酥脆,建议这时候开大火,把所有炸好的牛蒡丝下锅,炸十秒锅起锅

因为牛蒡本身含有糖份,加上我们料理时放了些糖,所以教大家一个洗油的办法。用面粉半汤匙加水,做成面粉糊

趁油滚烫时把面粉糊倒进油锅洗油,这样油里的糖跟脏的都被面粉吸起来了,用筷子夹掉面粉块就可以把油倒起来了
