加入一勺盐腌10分钟,把腌出的水分倒掉,再把萝卜清洗一下

碗里加,一大勺糖,一大勺醋,和适量纯净水

兑完后大概是这个量。我用的是9度醋,酸度比较大,如果你用普通米醋要适量增加,混合好以后尝一下酸甜度,缺什么加什么

把樱桃萝卜放进来。再加一大勺糖和一整勺醋加适量纯净水,让调料把小萝卜没过来

铺上黄瓜片(不加也行)撒上花椒粒。放冰箱冷藏一夜就可以吃啦
