食材:
鸡翅中4个、生姜2片、盐适量、酱油适量、料酒适量、麻辣辣椒面适量、黄瓜小半根、干红辣椒小半根、黑胡椒适量
步骤1:
红辣椒切丝,鸡翅洗净打花刀,加盐,黑胡椒,姜片,料酒,生抽混合均匀放入冰箱腌制一晚上

步骤2:
早上在铸铁锅中加少许植物油,锅烧热后放鸡翅中小火开煎

煎到金黄后翻面煎第二面,两面煎至金黄后火调大一点,煎出脆皮

黄瓜切片铺在盘底,放煎好的鸡翅,撒少许麻辣辣椒面即可
