食材:
牛尾750克、白萝卜500克、薏米50克、玉竹80克、茯苓20克、枸杞10克、红枣2枚、葱3段、姜4片、料酒20克、盐适量、香菜适量
步骤1:
将新鲜牛尾斩断,放入水中浸泡2小时左右,中间换水2-3次;

将白萝卜洗净去皮切块备用;

将浸泡好的牛尾放入锅中,加入凉水,放入葱段和姜片,开火水焯;

当水开后,倒入料酒,继续水焯5-6分钟,去除血沫;
