食材:
青虾20只、鸡蛋2颗、胡椒粉适量、料酒2勺、淀粉2勺、小油菜心一把、嫩豆腐1块、花菇2朵、盐,鸡精,白糖适量、虾脑油(虾头和油自己熬的)适量
步骤1:
准备材料:
虾去头去壳去虾线,刀拍扁后用刀背剁黏(喜欢脆爽的可以切一部分虾粒),加入一个蛋清,料酒,盐,鸡精,白糖,胡椒粉,淀粉抓匀搅拌上劲备用
嫩豆腐切丁,油菜心切碎,花菇切片,剩余鸡蛋打散

热锅,加入适量底油,放入花菇炒软
