食材:
糯米1000克、蜜豆100克、蜜枣300克、粽子叶(这个量我包了42个)90片
步骤1:
粽叶用开水烫,浸泡2小时左右。(赤豆提前4小时用开水泡软)

粽叶的蒂用剪刀剪掉,剪了的那一头朝里折成漏斗型,下面的尖头不要有空隙

糯米包的时候再淘干净与赤豆拌均既可。折好的粽叶先放点糯米再放蜜枣再加点糯米,(8分满就可以了,太满糯米包不严)

糯米别放满用左手拿牢右手把粽叶往中间压左手大母指压牢
