食材:
大葱半根、姜两片、大蒜两瓣、猪肉150-200克、木耳一小把、莴笋半根、水淀粉1勺、郫县豆瓣酱1勺、料酒1勺、蚝油1勺、生抽1勺、糖少许、花椒少许(不喜可不加)、杭椒2只、蒜苗1根
步骤1:
猪后腿肉或者五花肉切片,莴笋切片,木耳泡发,大葱、蒜苗切段,姜切片,蒜切片,杭椒切小段,肉片用少许水淀粉拌匀,最好揉捏片刻,让肉片更好地挂浆,准备工作就绪
