食材:
清水竹笋350g左右、杏鲍菇【小】3个、青椒【辣】、干辣椒各1根、大蒜1粒、味极鲜酱油、盐少许、蘑菇精少许、葱段少许、自来水适量、炒好的熟牛肉丝适量
步骤1:
将竹笋取出,放入10倍量的清水【自来水】里浸泡15分钟以上,再淘洗一遍后控干水分备用

锅中烧开10倍量的清水,将竹笋煮15分钟取出待用【若做凉拌菜,现在就可以直接使用啦】

杏鲍菇清洗干净后切成丝待用

锅中放少许油烧热,将杏鲍菇丝煸炒至微干状态【锅中没有水汽即可】盛出备用
