食材:
去骨鱼柳(无细刺的鲈鱼、鳕鱼、鲷鱼都可以)2片、味啉1大匙、蒸鱼豉油1大匙、盐1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙、料酒2小匙
步骤1:
买鱼时让摊主将鱼身两侧的鱼肉平片下来,也可以去超市买现成的去骨鱼柳;

步骤2:
鱼柳洗净一切为二,抹干后撒盐、胡椒粉,淋料酒腌15分钟;

步骤3:
平底锅烧热加油,将腌好的鱼柳鱼皮朝下放入锅中;

中火一面煎黄以后翻面,两面都煎黄捞出;

原锅加入味啉和蒸鱼豉油,再加入少许清水;
