小黄花鱼500克、色拉油1勺、姜3克、葱5克、盐0.5匙、料酒0.2匙、一品鲜海鲜酱油0.5匙、糖0.5匙、味精0.2匙、蒜瓣5克、八角3克、花椒3克、香菜5克

锅中倒入清水放入黄花鱼盖上锅盖开始家焖喽焖至五分钟左右放盐再继续焖五分钟
