青蟹3只、姜1块、葱1把、花椒1茶匙、盐3g、凉开水50g、食用油20g
步骤1:
准备好青蟹,让其在加了盐的清水中充分浸泡一下,绳子先不要解开;

取一筷子,插在螃蟹两眼间,并顺势稍微往外翻,螃蟹呈假死状态;

用厨房剪刀依次将螃蟹的大爪子剪下,再把绳子去除,然后将外壳剥开,用小刷子将螃蟹里里外外处理刷洗干净待用;

姜洗净切成姜丝,葱洗净切成葱段,花椒备好,盐加入凉开水中搅拌均匀待用;
