食材:
螺丝200g、鸡爪5只、小米椒2只、青线椒一只、盐一小勺、食用油少许、酱油,生抽各一小勺、白胡椒粉适量、葱姜蒜适量、料酒适量

鸡爪先下锅翻炒两分钟,螺丝下锅跟鸡爪一起翻炒,加料酒翻炒,依次放入生姜大蒜辣椒接着翻炒~生抽,酱油,醋放入翻炒,待鸡爪变色加入盐鸡精加水炖5分钟
