食材:
鱿鱼3条、青椒半个、红椒半个、洋葱1/4个、生抽1汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、红咖喱酱1汤匙
步骤1:
主要材料;鱿鱼不太大,所以买了3条~

鲜鱿鱼去内脏去皮,头去眼睛,洗净后,将身体切圈;

鱿鱼须切小段即可;

洋葱切丝;青红椒切圈,大蒜切片备用;

铁板烧热,倒少许油,能把铁板表面沾上就行,然后下鱿鱼用铲子不停铲动,以防焦糊;

鱿鱼开始收缩后约六七成熟,将洋葱,青红椒和大蒜放入炒开;

加入生抽炒匀,再加蚝油和咖喱酱炒开均匀就可以了~
