步骤1:
蒜苔、酸豆角切小段,姜切片,蒜籽切片,辣椒切辣椒圈

鸡杂放入凉水入锅煮沸后捞出洗净血沫,放入卤水中卤制。(这步我就没有拍了),鸡心对切
