所有的调味料将猪肘完全包裹,用手给猪肘***,使每一部分的肉都能粘上料汁(然后放入冰箱冷藏24小时,12小时翻面腌制另一面)如果买的猪肘过大要继续腌制12小时

在烤盘中垫入铝箔纸,将猪肘放入

将法帅蒸烤箱的水箱中加入纯净水,将烤盘放入中层

选择蒸制功能110度将肘子蒸40分钟,蒸完40分钟可以将肘子翻面继续蒸20分钟,全程蒸1小时

蒸好的肘子这个时候味道已经很香了!将肘子从烤盘中取出,将烤盘换一张新的铝箔纸
