肉焙好时直接倒入茶树菇,用大火不断翻炒,把水分炒干

水分炒干后能听到油刺啦啦的声音,这时候加入老干妈适量,这个依据个人口味,我一般加入一瓷汤勺,同时加入姜和蒜

炒出香味后加入包菜,然后继续翻炒,要不要放盐一定要试试,因为包菜是用盐腌制了的,老干妈也是咸的,等包菜要炒透明的时候起锅时加入香葱
