食材:
嫩莴苣三个、瘦猪肉(前胛)适量、葱段适量、花椒适量、蒜末适量、生姜末适量、肉油(猪油)一锅铲、十三香适量、盐半勺、麻辣鲜适量、鸡精少许、豆瓣酱一勺、料酒一勺、醋半勺

瘦肉切片,用一勺料酒一勺豆瓣酱腌制一会

热锅(可以看出来热吧,雾气腾腾),放肉油(猪油),没有肉油就放普通油,然后放几块肥肉小火熬一下(再捞出油渣)。
