将包好的月饼放进模具中,稍用力按压,按压的过程中不要移动;轻慢的提起模具;

放入烤盘中;烤箱170度预热分钟后,将月饼放入烤箱中170度烤10分钟,取出月饼,晾凉;待月饼晾凉后,在月饼表面刷一层全蛋液;
