海参、菠菜、胡萝卜、葱、姜、蒜、料酒、生抽、蚝油、盐、糖、水淀粉

海参泡发我用了三天好难泡喔下锅大火煮开转小火煮20分钟

把胡萝卜和菠菜棹水其实用西兰花最好

热锅冷油放入葱姜蒜煸炒香然后捞出锅里只留下油

接下来我们调汁我用的是酱油蚝油盐糖料酒外加水淀粉加水和匀

然后把调好的汁倒入锅内

锅开放入海参煮大约5分钟就好啦
