鱼头需要腌制15分钟,趁这个时候准备烤盘把葱姜切好放在涂抹上油的锡纸上。烤箱200度预热20分钟。

烤盘放入烤箱中层,220度烤制20分钟,为了防止表面干掉,覆盖上锡纸进烤箱
