食材:
苦菊200克、花生豆40克、盐1克、葱末少许、蒜末少许、生抽2勺、白糖1勺、白芝麻少许、食用油少许
步骤1:
凉锅凉油,小火炸花生豆。期间不断用筷子来回拨动花生豆。变色后出锅,撒少许盐拌匀。

步骤2:
苦菊洗净切段。(一定要撕开一片一片仔细洗,否则容易存沙子)

碗中放入切好的葱蒜末,放入盐糖,白芝麻,倒入生抽。

锅热放油,油热后直接浇到碗里。(油不用太多,比平时炒菜多些)

将汁倒入苦菊中拌匀,再放入花生豆拌匀。(这个最好出锅即食,否则容易腌出汤,而且花生米就不脆了,可以作为上餐桌的最后一道菜)
