食材:

在肉末中加入1勺生,1勺蚝油,1勺玉米淀粉,少许食用油,美小勺盐,搅打均匀,肉末加入一些生粉,更有黏性,煎的时候不容易与尖椒分离

接着倒入少许的清水,这个看肉末的状态,太干加少许水,如果不干也可不加

搅打至纹路清晰,肉末能够贴在杯壁上就可以了

尖椒洗干净,把尖椒的头部切掉一点点,接着用小刀对半切开,去除辣椒籽

将适量的肉末酿入尖椒中,依次把所有的尖辣都酿好

平底锅中加油,把油烧至5成热,将尖椒酿放入,有肉的一面朝下,先煎至定型

煎至定型后,翻面继续煎制,最后煎至熟即可出锅
