食材:
尖椒4个、猪肉馅300g、葱花适量、生抽适量、蚝油适量、老抽少许、食盐适量、淀粉2g、清水60g、胡椒粉少量、鸡蛋一个

准备好材料,肉馅加入一个鸡蛋,胡椒粉,葱末,盐,生抽蚝油调好备用

尖椒洗好去蒂一切两半,将肉馅填到尖椒里面

煎到这种皮皱皱的就可以了,倒入生抽蚝油,轻轻拨动一下,最后大火收汁(收汁的时候放点淀粉水,可以让汤汁浓稠裹在尖椒上)
