食材:
苋菜适量、嫩南瓜一斤、小麦面粉400g、盐适量、线椒3个、大蒜5瓣、香油适量、生抽适量、味精适量、油辣子适量

把小面团擀成薄饼备用

把平底锅放火上不加油只加热,把擀好的饼放人锅里,上面放一层菜再把另一个饼放盖在菜上面用小火烙熟即可。
