食材:
桂圆20颗、红枣6颗、鸡蛋2枚、西洋参10薄片、冰糖40g、枸杞8粒
步骤1:
桂圆干先剥好冲一下水,半碗水泡1小时左右

锅中放入枣子,把泡好的桂圆倒入,后再加入半碗水。中火烧开转小火慢煮20分钟左右

关火打入鸡蛋盖上盖子焖一分钟(这样鸡蛋一整个不易散,)开小火煮3到4分钟左右。
