吐司去边,用圆形模具压出洞

敲一个鸡蛋,用漏勺轻轻过滤比较稀的蛋清(别丢)

把吐司放入锅中,用挖出的洞把肉饼圈起来,用刮刀抹平,将稀蛋清放在肉饼上,小火煎至蛋清凝固
