阿胶块500g、黄酒1000ml、核桃仁350g、红枣350g、黑芝麻350g、冰糖400g、枸杞100g

阿胶片提前用黄酒泡三天,小火熬制融化

核桃仁,黑芝麻用烤箱烤熟,红枣剪片去核

加入冰糖不断搅拌熬制

熬制挂旗。舀起顺着勺子流下是一片片的就好了

依次加入核桃仁,红枣片,黑芝麻,最后放入枸杞,搅拌均匀

模具涂点油或者用硅油纸都可以,(千万别用保鲜膜!!我这是硅油纸不够,拿保鲜膜凑的,粘的撕不下来)

放冰箱冷藏,脱模切片(用的硅油纸很平滑)
