放适量水(不需要太多,感觉能莫过豆腐即可)

水开后放入两块咖喱块

待咖喱融化开,倒入一小碗椰浆(椰浆可以提升咖喱美味,还可以让汤汁浓稠)

最要注意的来了,豆腐下入锅中,晃动锅让咖哩汁包裹着豆腐(不要用铲子,豆腐容易碎,拿起锅来回晃动就行)
