食材:
带鱼段适量、红薯淀粉少许、料酒一大勺、胡椒粉少量、盐少许、鸡蛋两个、姜适量切成末、葱适量切段、十三香适量
步骤1:
把带鱼解冻取出内脏剪掉头部洗干净!

然后开始腌制,放入盐,鸡精,十三香,胡椒粉适量,料酒两勺,鸡蛋两个,放入葱段,姜末。最少腌制一个小时以上才会入味好吃!腌制的时候中间搅拌几次!

颗粒状的红薯淀粉用擀面杖擀成粉末状!

锅里放油加热到六七成热放入鱼段开始炸!炸成金黄色捞出!
