炒香辅料后下入酸萝卜块,翻炒片刻后下入焯好水的鸭块,放入热水淹没过鸭块,大火烧开转中小火炖至。鸭肉顿至八成熟时调味:放少许白糖提鲜中和酸味,少许盐和鸡粉即可!如果喜欢口味酸一点的可以加入少许白醋
